My flash file is not working and I can't log in! (using dialog mode)
Use Alt+Tab to switch between Flash and 'dialog mode' logins.
FMLogin is crashing, how do I bypass the Flash login on startup? (using recovery mode)
Reboot and hold down left shift about the time the Windows startup screen disappears and around the time the mouse is revealed on the screen. This will bypass FMLogin and give you the normal Windows login screens. You can then uninstall normally, but send us an email so we know you are having problems.
It is blue screening/can't login with 'recovery mode' and I can't get the left shift bypass to work.

Removing in Safe mode.
Press F8 before the Windows Boot Logo shows up. You will get a list of safemode options, arrow down and select the item 'Safemode with command line'. Note that in safemode, the computer will start slower. Log on normally and run 'edit'. Type the following into the text editor and save it as MSGina.reg (Alt-F, S)
REGEDIT4 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] "GinaDLL"=-
Exit out of the text editor(Alt-F, X) Type 'MSGina.reg' and click ok when asked about integrating the registry file. Reboot and Microsoft's logon will come up.

Removing using another computer on the network
Run regedit.exe from another machine on the network. Choose File->Connect Network Registry. Type the name of the problematic computer. If you have problems connecting, try connecting to it first using Explorer. Regedit will load the registry under a new registry tree. Navigate to SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon and delete GinaDLL Value.
How do I use FMLogin.adm?
Add the FMLogin Administrative Templates for Active Directory. Settings are located in Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> FrontMotion Login
