The way the certificate was included in the past has always been problematic, but with the latest update to the Firefox Packager, many issues have now been addressed! The certificates are no longer associated with an extension that the user can accidentally disable, and the certificates are always added when Firefox starts. You do not need to enable the extension via CFG addition. Give it a try!
